Office Administrator (temporary position)

Inuktun Services Ltd. requires an office administrator, for a temporary leave replacement (April 17 to Sept 1, 2017).

Duties will include:

  • Reception duties (phone and in-person)
  • General clerical and administrative support
  • Handling mail, email, and faxes
  • Processing sales orders and generating invoices
  • Assisting with marketing functions.

Qualifications:

  • A certificate or diploma in office administration, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, internet)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment with changing priorities
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Familiarity with sales orders and invoicing is an asset.

Compensation: 

Based on skills and experience (approximately $18 per hour), plus benefits.
