Inuktun Services Licenses Nuclear Robotic Technology to IST

Inuktun Services Ltd. is pleased to announce the establishment of a formal partnership with Imaging and Sensing Technology (IST), Horseheads, New York.

Under the terms of the agreement, IST will obtain exclusive and worldwide marketing rights for Inuktun Microtrac, Minitrac, Spectrum 90, Spectrum 60, Spectrum 45, Spectrum 100 and NanoMag products for use within the nuclear industry. In addition, IST will have exclusive intellectual property rights for the abovementioned products designed for the nuclear markets. Finally, IST will have exclusive rights to manufacture these products within its own operation.

Inuktun is excited at the prospects that such a licensing agreement holds for both entities. For IST customers, they will see an even broader product line being supplied to them by IST's operations. For Inuktun's customers, they will see a more focused manufacturing and service oriented company - spearheading a full line of standard camera and crawler products to all of its clients in the inspection industries. For the nuclear industry, Inuktun will continue to offer its VGTV crawler, Crystal Cam resin drop camera and a full complement of custom order products.

"This as an exciting time for our existing and prospect clients in the nuclear industry," says Inuktun President, Colin Dobell. "IST's extensive distribution, service and manufacturing infrastructure will allow them to build on the work we have done in the last 16 years. We expect IST will produce a dramatic increase in nuclear sales and continue providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for IST, Inuktun and our clients."
