Inuktun Recognized as a Job Maker

This week Inuktun had the privilege of hosting the Honourable Michelle Stillwell, Minister of Social Development and Social Innovation, and Greg Kyllo, Parliamentary Secretary for the BC Jobs Plan, for a provincial government announcement on the four year status of the BC Jobs Plan, and the introduction of a new Labour Market Partnership Project with Vancouver Island manufacturers.

Inuktun, along with select other local companies, were publicly recognized as a BC Job Maker. Hosting the event at our manufacturing facility proved the ideal venue for the government. Craig Senych, Vice President of Inuktun Services Ltd., hosted the group and provided an interactive tour to show the manufacturing process of our robotic cameras and crawlers. Participants had the opportunity to see our multi-mission, modular technology live in action.

As Craig said, “Inuktun has always been supportive of government programs that facilitate job creation, support industry growth, and build communities…Through our innovation, hard work and some help from government programs, we are able to build and sustain our company, and community by providing jobs…We appreciate government programs that facilitate and support broad sectored job growth.”
