Inuktun Adds to Canadian Sales Team

Inuktun Services is pleased to announce the newest addition to its team: Kelly Galvin, Sales Representative for Eastern Canada.

Kelly brings over 25 years of experience to Inuktun, spanning several industry sectors including sales, marketing, operations management, design, manufacturing and automation. Kelly says his experience in Alberta's Oil and Gas industry will help him relate to the industrial problems experienced by Inuktun's customers.

"I've managed a gas well service business in Alberta," he says, "I know how critical maintenance is. I also know how dangerous it can be." Inuktun's systems put the operators safely outside the action, so that those difficult inspections can still get done.

Inuktun's entrepreneurial spirit was instrumental in Galvin's decision to join the organization. "They're a caring team with a sense of urgency and willingness to help. They are adaptable. They invent things that others say can't be done. That mind-set really appealed to me." he says. "You just don't find that kind of company everyday, so when you do, you just want to be part of it."

Kelly says he looks forward to working with the world's number one manufacturer of remotely operated mobile inspection systems.

"They look ahead, they lead the industry," he explains. "For example, high definition cameras have been in the consumer market for a while now, but they're only emerging in the industrial sector. Globally speaking, the new Spectrum 120HD camera from Inuktun may truly be the only one of its kind- that's impressive!"

Based out of London, ON, Kelly's service area extends from Manitoba to the Maritimes.

"This is a huge opportunity. Inuktun is established internationally - their products have already been adopted by most of the same industries that I will be calling on in my region," says Galvin. There are many operations across Eastern Canada that can use Inuktun's inspection crawlers and cameras: municipalities, nuclear, pipeline and resource extraction companies.

"I enjoy the social aspect of marketing, and chatting with the neighbourly people of Eastern Canada," he adds. "I'm sure we'll have a lot to talk about in addition to Inuktun - there's always hockey, golf, music and the great outdoors".
