This past week, Inuktun InCommand Robotics (IIR), participated at the PPIM (Pipeline Pigging and Integrity Management) conference in Houston, Texas. Housed within the George R. Brown Convention Center was a conglomerate of industry professionals, many interested in the impressive capabilities of our IM3™ (Inuktun Multi-Mission Modular) technology on display including the following.
Versatrax 150™ Mark II
Best in class. Far… and away.
A featured robotic crawler was an OnDemand Specialty System that comes standard with one kilometre (3,300 feet) of copper tether cable, the Versatrax 150™ Mark II. Designed for long distance inspections with limited access points as small as 150 millimetres (6 inches) in diameter, a remotely operated camera and sensor raise allows adaptation to unexpected changes on the fly. Need to travel even further? We’ve got a solution for that; contact us to learn more.
High Definition. Pan-Tilt-Zoom Precision.
Part of the OnSite Standard Product family, the Spectrum 120HD™ inspection camera provides full 1080p HD video when detailed asset examinations are required. As a standalone camera system or mounted on an Inuktun robotic crawler, the Spectrum 120HD™ features up to 30x zoom with defog and image stabilization options so operators can provide their clients with premium data collection results.
Low Profile. High Capability.
The smallest pipe inspection vehicle offered by Inuktun and commercially worldwide is our Versatrax 50™. This robotic crawler can enter and fully inspect spaces as small as 50 millimetres (2 inches) diameter and as deep as 60 metres (200 feet) underwater. Small but mighty, the Versatrax 50™ has a 4.5 kilogram (10 pound) pull rating so you can rest assured that you can travel the distance to get video results otherwise unobtainable.
Inuktun’s sister company, Crystal Cam Imaging Inc. (CCII), provided their Crystal Cam® Diamond Push Camera for display; learn more about the newest camera in the Crystal Cam® line that incorporates the latest in video and LED technology here.
One of the common questions the IIR team were asked was about the ability to integrate other technologies like NDE tools. The philosophy behind the IM3™ concept allows for specific technology integration to meet unique and extraordinary requirements. Adapting to atypical conditions is what Inuktun is known for in the industry.
Our Australian channel partner, Nexxis, will be exhibiting at AOG (Australasian Oil & Gas Exhibition & Conference) with key Inuktun technical experts onsite March 14 through 16 in Perth.
